Previously, he was SVP of Product & Client Strategy at Varick Media, where he was responsible for guiding the strategy and development of the technology, sales planning, marketing, business development and account management functions.
Jim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Montclair State University, after which he joined a startup that developed enterprise social software for Fortune 500 clients. He used his entrepreneurial experience, along with his product knowledge, to begin his career developing software and technology products across various verticals. These included government compliance, higher education and, most recently, digital media and advertising.

Justin is the Global Media Insights Director at The Coca-Cola Company and sits within the Knowledge & Insights team in Coke’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta. He supports the global marketing organization with measurement and strategy for social and digital initiatives. It’s in this role where Justin focuses on developing and deploying both external and in-house social analytics solutions throughout the Coca-Cola system to help drive stronger and more efficient marketing. Before making the move to The Real Thing, Justin was delivering Global Media Insights at Unilever. It’s here where he began diving into social media insights while leading research for Unilever’s key global media partnerships with companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Apple and Viacom. Beyond the global work, just focused on partnering with teams throughout Latin America to deliver innovative research and consumers insights, leading a team of twelve.

At Ad Council, Tony advises the strategic planning of more than 40 National Public Service campaigns. Tony also oversees campaign evaluation, establishing key performance indicators and the tools for assessing impact. In addition, he leads cross-campaign analyses designed to optimize Ad Council initiatives. Tony’s primary role is to leverage research-based insights into action, helping to ensure that the Ad Council remains a results-driven organization with a single-minded focus on making a measurable impact in people’s lives.
Tony also co-chairs the Ad Council Research Committee, a pro-bono advisory body comprised of thought leaders in marketing, market research and academia. Prior to joining Ad Council in 2002, Tony managed projects at Public Agenda, a nonpartisan public-opinion research organization. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College and holds an MA in Sociology from Columbia University. Maureen brings more than 13 years of experience in online advertising to Turn. She was instrumental in transforming Turn into an enterprise software company, which provides real-time insights to change the way marketers make decisions. As Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Turn, Maureen leads global distribution strategy and exchange partnerships across display, video, mobile and social. Having played a key role in some of the industry’s first real-time bidding integrations, she has expertise in programmatic buying from both the buyer and sellers’ perspective. Maureen also leads business strategy for Turn’s data marketplace. Her team manages all technology partnerships for first- and third-party data including collection technology, data buying, pricing, planning and optimization.
William is an Associate Professor in Philosophy at Oxford University and Tutorial Fellow at Lincoln College. He was educated at Cambridge, Princeton and Oxford. His research focuses on two important topics. The first addresses the issue of how one ought to make decisions under normative uncertainty; in addition to a DPhil on the topic, William published on this issue in Ethics, Mind and The Journal of Philosophy. The second is on effective altruism: the use of evidence and reason to promote the wellbeing of all. His book on the topic, Doing Good Better, was published in 2015 and received favorable reviews in The London Review of Books, The Times Literary Supplement, The Guardian and The New York Times. In the future, he plans to work further on the theory and practice of effective altruism, including aggregating wellbeing, time-discounting, moral methodology, career choice and cause prioritization.

During his career, Hugh also was president and director of 3DO, an interactive gaming company; served as a CEO-in-residence at the venture capital firm of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers; and ran desktop engineering for Apple Computer. Earlier, he founded Ridge Computers, designer of the world’s first commercial reduced instruction set computing (RISC) minicomputer. Robin Opie is the Vice President of Data Science at Oracle Data Cloud. As the leader of its Data Science organization, Robin is responsible for delivering and continuously improving all of the analytical capabilities supporting Oracle Data Cloud’s audience targeting, Oracle ID Graph™ linkage and measurement products.
Robin came to Oracle through its acquisition of Datalogix, the leader at connecting offline consumer spending to digital marketing, acquired by Oracle Data Cloud in 2015. He was the Chief Analytics Officer. Prior to joining Datalogix, Robin managed the Engineering Analytics function at Comcast. He was responsible for evaluating billions of dollars in technology spending and is credited with saving hundreds of millions of dollars during his four years in that role. Robin's previous roles include analytics leadership positions at Microsoft, Cisco, Moxi Digital, Mercer Management Consulting and Chase Manhattan Bank. Paul Sly has been connecting audiences with local, regional and national advertisers for almost 30 years. Sly began his media career in 1986 at CBS Radio, where he sold campaigns and then went on to lead radio ad sales teams. After watching the impact of CNN’s coverage of the Gulf War in 1991, Sly joined the cable industry as a spot TV advertising seller at the St. Louis Interconnect. He moved through the cable sales leadership ranks, serving as GSM, VP/GM, Regional Vice President, Division Vice President and Corporate Vice President of Ad Sales for Charter Media (now Spectrum Reach), the advertising sales arm of Charter Communications. In 2016, Paul was named GVP of the Spectrum Reach Enterprise Ad Solutions and Analytics Team and leads data and analytics sales strategy and business development.

He transformed IS from a technical focus to a customer-service focus while establishing global common systems platforms and having fun. Despite being the “Chief Geek,” he is typically regarded as more stylish than the CMO and is definitely cooler than the CFO. Scott has more than 24 years of experience and the scars to prove it. He worked for Nissan/Infiniti, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Black & Decker and lived in six countries—so far! He holds degrees from Trinity University in the U.S. and Oxford University in the UK.

Radha Subramanyam is President of Insights, Research and Data Analytics for iHeartMedia, which has the largest reach of any radio or television outlet in America. Having spent the last decade as a top market research and consumer insights expert, she is one of a select group of media and entertainment executives with extensive experience in all areas of the industry – television, digital, radio, and social media.
Subramanyam plays a vital role in iHeartMedia’s vast array of operations, which encompasses radio broadcasting, online, mobile, digital and social media, live concerts and events, syndication, and independent media representation. Her responsibilities include developing and managing an expansive range of data and research efforts involving digital analytics, ratings and measurement, programmatic projections, ad sales research, mobile measurement, programming analysis, music research, campaign measurement/attribution and marketing research.
Subramanyam‘s tenure at iHeartMedia began in 2012, when she was named to the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Research. In 2014, she was promoted to the role of President. Subramanyam previously served in senior executive roles at Yahoo! and MTV Networks and was one of the founding leaders of a new analytics and consulting practice at Nielsen that advises media and advertising clients on shifts in media consumption. At Nielsen, Subramanyam also headed the social media practice and served on the leadership team of NMIncite, the Nielsen-McKinsey joint venture.
In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Radio Ink named Subramanyam as one of the Most Influential Women in Radio and featured her on the cover of their 2013 November issue. In 2011 and again in 2016, she was honored as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in the Tri-State area by the National Diversity Council. Subramanyam is also the recipient of the Women with Solutions award, from the Alliance for Women in Media, for her leadership in increasing awareness and access to science, technology, engineering, and math to young women.
Subramanyam began her media career at NBCUniversal after having previously taught media and entertainment courses at Vassar College and New York University.
